The Forbidden Love Diaries: Love, Lust & Revenge Episode 12: The Long Awaited Apology. Hell broke loose in the Mazibuko household, Nomfundo didnt take too kindly to the departure of her cousin and so she approached her mother and forced her to take Tshepang back in. But then her mother didnt want to hear a word of it and so she went to her room and locked herself in. At the sight of Mandisa laughing, she retaliated and called her sister some mean words. Mandisa could not defend herself, it was painful for her to even speak. Nomfundo spoke as she pleased and aired all of her anger towards her, and how bad Mandisa was to her. She called her names, shouting as loud as she could. Mam Martha got out of the room crying, she apologized to them and said that she overreacted and that she had always treated Tshepang, because her mother, her bigger sister, was also tough on her. She told them how horrible Tshepangs mother was to her when they grew up. She admitted that she took out some of her grief on poor Tshepang, and for some time. Tshepang behaved like her mother when she dated that Sibusiso guy, her mother was just as beautiful, if not more. Popular and everyone loved her, and it made Mam Martha jealous, she was always second best and that made her insecure about everything. Tshepangs mother dated some old man that they used to call Malume Simon, who lived by their street corner. He was rich and he dated younger women, he cheated in broad day light, and that made his wife feel like killing herself. She finally did when the news went viral that Tshepang was sleeping with the man, she was only 17 at that time. The wife went to her and plead for mercy, that her marriage could survive, for the sake of their children, and Tshepangs mother shamed her in front of a multitude of people. She was ruthless, mean and she was purely selfish. Malume Simon impregnated her and then he denied the baby, claiming that Tshepangs mother was a harlot and she slept with everyone, which was true at some point, she used her body to get by. But then she stopped whoring around when she met him, and fell in love with him. She had a miscarriage after three months, and then she left Tembisa, and went to live in the city and thats where she met Tshepangs father, a man that Tshepang saw on an everyday basis, though she never knew that he was her father. The man lived by the corner of the street that they lived in, the man had a family of four and he never left his wife. Tshepangs mother fell for him, and he claimed that he would leave his wife. He impregnated her after five months of them having an affair, and thats where he became distant. When she was about five, he would come to her house and claim to her uncle, and she loved him. He had a way with children, but then he barely owned up to them. She would see him coming late at night when she was about to sleep, and never when he left. He would come to sleep with her mother and then flee the scene in the wee hours of the morning, because he would go back to his hours. The man was to Tshepangs mother, what Thabo was to Nomfundo, he had a way of breaking through her walls and sleep with her. She gave in, and forgave him the whole time. He gave her mother the Hiv virus, and she died years later, giving her child to her only sister, Mam Martha. Tshepang basically grew up in that house, and everyone knew her as a member of that family, and everyone referred to her as a sister than a cousin. Nomfundo begged her mother to be the bigger person and apologize to her, and she agreed to it. Her phone was off and it seemed as though it had been that way for some time. Nomfundo called since the fight happened but then the phone was off. Nomfundo called Thabo to give him a lift, and he was apprehensive about it because Njabulos sister was his ex. He eventually gave in and they went to that house, Nomfundo got out and knocked. Lebohang opened the door, and became very hostile to them, she did not want to speak nor look at them. Nomfundo told her that they were looking for Tshepang and she went upstairs and called her. Tshepang came to the door in a night gown, and she did not want to come back. She decided that she needed some space, and that facing Mam Martha was not the thing that she was willing to do at that point. Nomfundo pulled her by the hand outside and then she told her about the story that her mother told her about Tshepangs mother and that was enough to make Tshepang to come back. She went upstairs and took her bags and told Njabulo that she was leaving.. More episodes tomorrow.
