The Forum as the community acknowledges that there are issues in - TopicsExpress

The Forum as the community acknowledges that there are issues in any Association and or Organisation. As the topical (Football South Coast ) But with any organisation to ignore topical issues and not engage the public that they supposedly govern would seem to be completely ignorant to public concerns, and are Doomed to fail. The football community as a whole needs to be able to voice opinions and concerns, Yes there will always be opposing opinions contrary to posted issues. The Forum was created for this purpose creating Debate, and is here to enable the airing of concerns and or issues, the Forum is working for FSC to provide Transparency, Public Engagement, Representation on the Board from the public domain along with others from the elite areas of football , Better Facilities for all Clubs and the Home of Football to be established, New and Improved Football business Structures, Improving Football programs, Pathways clarified and defined, Removal of all conflicts. And reducing Costs for all Representative players and parents. The Forum appreciate all views and issues from anyone that likes to comment, Not as destructive but more as Constructive criticism. There have been some brilliant topics and suggestions brought forward in this Forum and also some that may be interpreted as derogative to some degree. But what does this tell FSC about the Climatic Mood of the community? ( that the community are happy ? ) we don’t think so. The Forum have tried to engage FSC into the Forum Topics and to no avail. The Forum also have invited FSC to use the Forum as a place to make contact with the concerned football community . But instead a memo goes out to members in a email showing that FSC are in damage control. And contrary to using Social media to engage in Issues. Which will if not addressed will turn into a crisis management issue for FSC to be dealing with. The Forum are in favour of the unification of football in the community, it did need to happen, but unfortunately how long does the community have to wait for positive outcomes for the Home of Football and others to become reality? As options were available at the time and not taken up by the board. This is where the individuals in place as the Board and the TD of FSC needs to have a complete change of guard. It sounds extreme, but if a government or council fails to deliver on its promises after a sufficient term do we let them continue on that path ? Some issues could be sounding personalised but someone has to be held accountable for the Failures, Conflicts of interest in the selection processes, the pathway not clarified, and some restriction tactics engaged by individuals in FSC to enable the Academies run by FSC become monopolised hence ensuring success. ie. the words of so many parents being told that FSC run academies hold the key to elite success pathway in the South Coast ? True to some degree as that key the TD is in itself a conflict having Dual roles , unacceptable totally. The Forum community would love to assist in the development of FSC and or programs and structures but we have been Shunned away and ignored. As mentioned earlier , Ignorance will ensure Failure of any Organisation that supposedly has the community best interest at heart. And that in itself would be a tragedy. The FSC solution is not a hard one, engage the public and address the topics and issues. Its no master Top Secret Plan because of competition, What Football competitors are there in other codes that so concerns FSC ? FSC the registrations and participants tell you where the consensus of the game is opposed to other codes. Football has the numbers yet even with the numbers cant deliver what is required as in facilities? Only to have been used in a political game and lost. The truth at times is hard to swallow and the FSC members need to now open your eyes and take control what is for the Community who you all being supported by. No Doubt Questions will be asked at many Clubs by the Community and participants and hopefully it will be the numerous topics that were brought up in this forum. The Forum is here to ensure now we have a vehicle to apply pressure to the organisation that refuses to engage the community. And now with that pressure in place things will hopefully start to get announced. Don’t be surprised that there is now going to be some public announcements regarding issues and topics probably because directors terms are up for expiry in April of this year. If there is those forth coming positive announcements, We as the community will embrace them and become end winners, and then we can all pat FSC on the back and tell them a job Well Done. But until then pressure and remarks from the community will remain constant. Any other comments or opinions regarding this topic please add to the discussion
