The Freedom From Religion Foundation is starting to really irritate me. I, for one, am not being oppressed by my religion, and I dont need freedom FROM it. I want to keep my freedom to share it. And, all I ever hear about this foundation is when they are destroying policies, events, etc that can potentially benefit anybody, not just one particular group. For instance, they are threatening to sue a North Carolina diner for offering a 15% praying in public discount. The owner defined praying as giving thanks to whichever deity you worship, or even just sitting back and meditating on how fortunate you are, even if you dont have a deity. Really, she was offering a discount to people who were openly grateful. Is that so bad? And, end rant.
