The Fukushima disaster was not caused by the earthquake nor the tsunami have causes the Fukushima Disaster. A social malaise is leading has caused the Fukushima Nuclear Disaster. The next major disaster is still avoidable. Not addressing and dealing with problems leads to potential disasters. The Fukushima Dai-Ichi Nuclear accident happened neither because of the earthquake nor due to the Tsunami from 2011, but because of human negligence and a culture of ignoring problems for fear to disturb the system or to lose once job if one was “to rock the boat” in manner of speaking. The engineering and geological report warned of such potential disaster over a decade before this one happened. Three years before the nuclear disaster this same report was made public and broad to the attention of the government, which was the same government that is currently in power. Such disaster may happen again because the causes are still in place and the system has not changed since then. Neither where there any serious attempts to address the problems, the causes or to implement any serious and constructive changes. Those who tried no longer have a job or a future. We need to prevent disasters or at least try to prevent them as best as we can and this in a logical realistic sober and pragmatic manner. We need to become more open, transparent, and collegial. And this on all levels with in our societies and throughout the world. We need to rid our self or reduce adversarial aptitudes and encourage collegial once in stead. The next major disaster is just around the corner and could still be avoided would we face facts and apply logic as well as remaining objective and pragmatic. It is imperative for any society, business, country even family and individual to stop adversarial thinking and to remain objective, realistic all the wile applying logic and facing facts with as much information and as many facts as possible. If we do not change this in a hurry, than we will face many more such disasters and maybe even extinct our specie due to negligence and a lack of realism or logical thinking and this just due to fears “not to rock the boat.” We certainly do not need a revolution or any radical uncontrolled changes. What we need is medicine that is more preventive and thinking or reasoning that is more logical. The problem is not a Japanese one either, it is a human one, or we would not have had Chernobyl, Tree Mile Island or the EXXON oil spill and other such preventable disasters. Another World War is just about to start if we do not become realistic and apply logic to the manner in wish we function and act. If Japan allows nuclear missiles to be placed on its territory or more bases and US troupes, than we will not only face another Cuban stile crisis. We will force China and Russia to react, and this with massive force. What happened recently in Europe will happen here as well and this very soon if we do not change course to avoid a Titanic stile disaster. We need to take the pressure of this pressure cooker or it will explode. This does not only concern the international political and military scene, it is a malaise which is deeply imbedded in our societies and which is causing major troubles on all levels and in all sectors. Balance and logical thinking is our only chance to defuse this time bomb.
