The Future in Farming is Looking Bright for Moulton College Agriculture Students! Last year, Myles Forber graduated from our Foundation Degree in Agriculture and has recently joined the ‘top-up’ Degree cohort in Land Management, specialising in agriculture. Alongside his studies, this week Myles learnt the great news that he had been formally selected as an intern on the prestigious Future Farming Foundation scheme run by Tesco’s. The Foundation has been established to help bright, talented, determined young people make their own start in the world of agriculture, whether that’s taking over the family farm, embarking on a new business venture, or entering the industry for the first time. A busy schedule of events and workshops awaits Myles, including farm business planning and supply chain visits with Bayer Crop Science and Anglia Farmers. To learn more about the scheme, check out: tescofuturefarmerfoundation. Myles’ story is one of the many successes in the Agriculture Subject Area – to learn more about courses in land management, agriculture and countryside management get in touch now on 0333 006 3050!
