The GISS has finally released its December 2014 temperature and announced to the world another record for 2014. When examining the GISS claims a good place to start is looking at and comparing the December Anomaly maps from the RSS. BOM and the GISS. They dont show a great resemblance. People often comment so what they are measuring different things. Valid point but when you consider the RSS matched the BOMs own anomaly chart closely using land based systems and the GISS does not, leaves more than some doubt as to the validity of the GISS data.
