The GNG Gym is now open Just a reminder, the membership forms are now available at SYCC to join the gym. One of these forms must be signed by the president of Guru Nanak Gurdwara Smethwick, Bhai Malkit Singh. An induction process will take place for each new member and training shall be provided on how to use the equipment safely. Recently we have reviewed our current gym facilities and have taken it upon ourselves to adjust our policy to promote a positive gym etiquette. Changes are as follows: • Women only between the hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm. • No persons under the age of 18 are allowed inside the gym. • New members must be part of the GNG community. • Before entering the gym you are required to sign in and out for identification and safety purposes. • Gym inductions are required upon new registrations. We take pride in offering a free service to the community of Smethwick and we believe it is your responsibility to abide by our rules to keep this gym a positive place to be.
