The GOP PR people brand this is a War on Coal... Really??? More appropriately, a War on Appalachia. Our addiction to fossil fuels is driving mountain top-removal in Appalachia: GOP gets their money from those who is make huge $$$ from raping our beautiful mountains. They conveniently ignore not only the nearly unanimous conclusion of scientists about climate change (a hoax???) but also, in Kentucky, the cost to the people, way of life and environment of mountain folk. Mitch McConnell is DEEPLY indebted to coal corporations who are funding his lavish Obama-hating attack ads on Democrat Grimes. Use your critical thinking skills in this election. Do NOT be bamboozled by saturation attack ads with little substance other than character assassination. Do YOU think climate change is a hoax? Do you believe the corporate controlled media when they say the Democrats are sure to lose in the election of 2014? PLEASE VOTE. Ours is a democracy of, by and for the people, NOT the corporations and oligarchs.
