The Global Organization of People of Indian Origin GOPIO International GOPIO’s 25th Anniversary Convention 2014 April 5, 2014 (EST-USA) We are pleased to report that many persons from various countries have already registered: Australia, New Zealand, India, Malaysia, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, India, Netherlands, France, UK, Canada, USA, South Africa and Caribbean. There are several inquiries regarding hospitality accommodations and it is to be noted that there are families willing to provide hospitality accommodations. As reported previously, there is No charge to delegates registering before May 15, 2014. There has been 1 inquiry regarding cut-off date for no cost registration. The Convention Team has determined that, in order to attract and encourage the maximum number of delegates, it was decided that there would be no registration costs - per the original proposal which is valid. As you know, an event of this scope takes a lot of advance planning for venue, seating, meals, logistics, etc. For this reason, a reasonable cut-off date less than 2 weeks was decided for planning purposes. Subsequently, a nominal late registration fee may be decided by the Convention Team. Note: It is also important for the Convention Team to know the delegates attending so that their roles may be assigned in advance, especially the GOPIO delegates. Looking forward to your registration, attendance and participation at GOPIO 25th Anniversary Jubilee Convention.
