Your friendly Saturday morning traffic update from Cha Cha Beauty & Barber (re. street closures during parade): Saturday morning, 7/5 at 8:30 am: Grand Parade from Warner Park to Alliant Energy Center. Police will close streets on the route from about 8:30-9 a.m. Saturday and wont be allowing cross traffic. The parade route begins going south on North Sherman Avenue, then turns left on Schlimgen Avenue, right on Packers Avenue, left on First Street and right onto East Washington Avenue. From there it runs toward the Capitol before turning left on Blair Street and right onto John Nolen Drive to the Alliant Energy Center. #wingding2014
