The Golden Mean point Of The Earth? Definition of The Golden Ratio: In mathematics, two quantities are in the golden ratio if their ratio is the same as the ratio of their sum to the larger of the two quantities. This means, if A is the larger number; A/B=(A+B)/A. Lets apply this ratio on the planet Earth to find its Golden ean point: 1- The distance between Mekka and the North Pole is 7631.68 Kilometers 2- The distance between Mekka and the South Pole is 12348.32 Kilometers --> 12348.32/7631.68= (12348.63+7631.68)/12348.63 = 1.618 Moreover, the proportion of the eastern elongation to the western elongation which are determined as source dis-line from Mekka is 1.618 The proportion of the western elongation of Mekka to the source dis-line to the perimeter of the earth on this latitude is again 1.618 Go ahead and try it your self. Use any mapping system (even though different systems vary in few kilometers) and you will always find this golden ration to be in the borders of the city of Mekka within the Holy region that includes Kaaba. You can measure the distance between any two point with high accuracy using Google earths ruler feature and the you can verify this by using a simple calculator after obtaining the altitudes and latitudes. Allah Says in Surah Al-Imran (The family of Imran); Chapter 3; Verse 96: Lo! the first Sanctuary appointed for mankind was that at Mecca, a blessed place, a guidance to the peoples. The original Arabic verse is constituted of 47 letters --> 47/1.618=29. There are 29 letters from the beginning of the verse to the word Mekka. Moreover, Mekka is located at the Golden mean of Arabia. And Kaaba is located at the Golden mean of Mekka city. All of these facts cannot be a mere coincidence. Allah says in Surah Al-Qamar (The Moon); Chapter 54; Verse 49: Lo! We have created everything by measure.
