The Government system is fouled up because they supposedly to used the Check and Balance system and they kind of kicked it out of their rule book. The Republicans and Democratic party uses the same theroy one party cant have more power than the other. In other words for the System to work it has to be completely over haul and rewritten. The Constitution was written for the People so they have certain rights and authority. This is why it says "We The People". Until we take a stand and stopped hiding in the shadows of everyone else and believing what they tell U. Because right now its all total Bullshit. The Government is looking out for their personal paychecks and that all they give a dam about now. The heck with the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES
