The Grammys are not a Christian event. Its fine if theyre not your cup of tea, but religion isnt a lot of peoples cup of tea. For instance, if I were to go see a faith healer who just calls random people out of a crowd and heals them, Id call bullshit and wonder why his ass wasnt in a cancer ward for kids instead of in front of people who paid to see him. Not my cup of tea. Country music has the CMAs, Christian music has the Dove Awards, leaving the Grammys for everyone else. If you dont approve of secular life, by all means, separate yourself from society, but the whole of society is never going to conform to Christianitys views. Only less than 30% of the world shares that view, and thats far from a majority. Again, Im not knocking anyones belief system, Im knocking the constant demand for the rest of the world to see things the way a small minority does. Thats not how things work, you are allowed your freedom to worship freely, just separate from the state. Just be thankful for the freedom that you are allowed, stop judging others, get your own shit straight and love your fellow man. Let god handle the rest, hes supposedly got it all figured out so getting all twisted out of shape is counterproductive right??? In the immortal words of Mr Rodney King, cant we all just get along??? I have love for all my friends, whatever their take on religion, if youre good to me, Im going to do the same. Be good to each other and try and find the good in one another today!
