The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) When a movie youre watching ,suddenly makes you recall some books that you read about Austria, pre and post World War , its bound to be a great experience. Not dissapointing my expectations, this Gem of a movie delivered in all aspects. It was interesting to note at the end credits, that Writer/Director Wes Anderson was inspired by the writings of a well known Austrian novelist Stefan Zweig. Many had opined that Zweigs writing was frothy,not -very-serious, while others praised them for the humanity and simplicity. I think that Wes Anderson captured the very essence of it. Encore to a splendid ensemble cast led by Ralph Fiennes and Tony Revolori. Bravo to the set/costume designers , cinematographers, and the music composers. It was an unforgettable stay at the Grand Budapest Hotel. Hands down the Best movie experience of 2014. Thank you Peeps for all the rave reviews that led me to watch this.
