Upon being returned to the USA last weekend, I saw such natural beauty flying at low altitude from Orange County, CA, to Chicago and onto Charlotte, NC. Desert, rock formations, the Rockies, drought-ridden Plains, the Mississippi, and crop circles, squares, rectangles and triangles of the Corn and Wheat Belt. Then, lush green and metallic blue rivers of Tennessee and North Carolina. There were no borders or boundaries; from my perspective not even fences. Not a country, but a continent. And, I thoiught to myself: What a Wonderful World. The Creator did such a magnificent work in gifting us the planet. It is up to us to stop messing it up..
