The Great Apostasy that has entered the Church, is that the LAW has been abolished. This belief casts a shadow on all Old Testament commandment, it allows us to pick and choose which Old Testament commandments we want to obey. One of the first teaching of Jesus, the Sermon on the Mount, specifically tried to prevent this mistake, when Jesus said, I didnt come to Abolish the Law or the Prophets Therefore, there is no way around it, a Christian Must separate the Old Testament LAWs into different categories, so it will be very clear which laws we are still to follow. Anyone that says that none of the Old Testament Laws have any consequences today, is mistaken.
