The Greenroom are currently looking for a receptionist... Receptionist required for award winning Beauty Salon in Dundee - The Greenroom. As full time salon receptionist you will meet and greet all Greenroom customers. You will be responsible for handling of all incoming and outgoing calls plus managing emails to liaise with customers to confirm appointments. You will be responsible for reporting feedback from both customers and members of Greenroom team to the salon owner along with any other issues as they arise during the day. You will be required to have a sound knowledge of all product lines held within the salon for retail and used for treatments including Elemis and Dr Murad Skincare. Our reception must deliver a seamless and confident arrival and departure for all customers incorporating the efficient use of all in salon protocols including customer loyalty schemes amongst others. Previous salon/spa reception experience would be desirable however not essential. Reception experience on a similar level is however essential. The Greenroom is looking for an individual that understands the efficiency required to make reception a successful position within a small team with proven experience within a similar environment. The right candidate must be a team player and with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including experience of Microsoft Office products. Requirements – Experience in a client facing reception or sales role within a similar environment Excellent customer relations skills Excellent level of written and spoken English Team player Computer literate- experience working with a computerised booking system is advantageous Immaculate personal presentation Pride and attention to detail in work Professional and warm personality Confident nature Working hours will be Tuesday through Saturday Please email CV to zoe@the-greenroom
