The Gudri Project of I-India and I-AID Finland is aiming at tackling the gender inequalities faced by the target group on a social and economic level in their societies. It was started in April 2014 at 2 most challenging communities at Jaipur city where the population was not even aware of their fundamental rights and rarely have any legal entitlements or linkage with developmental and poverty reduction scheme of state and central Government of India. We are happy to share few photographs of representatives of Foreign Ministry Finland who have recently been visited the project sites and interacted with beneficiary groups, stake holders and I-India team. The project in its initial operational phase secured some much needed milestones such as: skill enhancement related to craft and garments, UID/legal entitlements along with linkage of beneficiaries with Mega Financial Inclusion Program of Government of India under #JanDhanScheme.
