The Guernsey Riding & Hunt Clubs Horse Trials took place yesterday and today. Comprising dressage, show jumping and cross-country it puts both horse and rider to the test. Whilst the weather was warm and sunny on Saturday it gradually worsened throughout Sunday for the cross-country and riders in the afternoon had to contend with increasingly slippery conditions.
