The Gurney Centennial Celebration ~ July 5th. Starting with a parade along WI-169 at 1pm. Line up for the parade is at noon and the theme for the parade is Gurney - Past, Present and Future. After the parade, there will be games and activities such as horseshoes, whiffleball, gunny sack races, frozen t-shirt contest and more at the Gurney Community Center/Park. Food & beverages will be sold by the Saxon-Gurney Fire Department. There will also be bag raffles and a 50/50 raffle with the procces benefitting the fire department. StrangeCru will provide live music from 6-10 p.m. The centennial is sponsored by the Gurney Centennial Committee, Gurney Community Club and Saxon-Gurney Fire Department.
