The #HERO Empowerment Resource Fair on August 3rd was a huge success. More than 800 people attended the event, which is three times the number last year. Our lunch sponsor Panda Express donated more than 700 meals to attendees. Our volunteers also distributed 200 backpacks. We apologize if you were not able to get one. We understand the need is great and will work to improve next year. We want to thank again all the sponsors who helped made the resource fair possible.
