The HSE and OLOLH HR have really outdone themselves this time in my opinion. I am a first year SpR currently working in drogheda, not streamlined. I completed my SHO scheme, then went onto SpR. I signed the contract at around starting wage 60000€. I was outraged at the changes they brought to the streamlined scheme, then starting receiving emails from my HR about pay cuts. I questioned them on it, then noticed my wage go down. Then see a post below, an email by Andrew Condon. This was never forwarded to us in drogheda. My email to HR questioning the issue was never replied to. I never received an email from the HSE about this substantial cut in my contract. Do they forget I am a human, with expenses and costs and budgets to be made, affected weekly by my wage. Do they actually care so little about us left in Ireland they barely communicate with us, implement cuts, reduce all training grants and opportunities, and yet expect us to stay? They bleed the country dry with ridiculous locum contracts because they cant keep trainees here, and yet expect us left behind to take the hit? And genuinely not value us at all. The IMO better fully push this. Strike action is inevitable in my opinion.
