The Harvester cribs thank you very much I reserved a table for A large party special occasion for my sons 13th birthday last night . You not only didnt contact me to tell me that you in fact do not reserve seats you waited for all of is to get there and said we had to wait nearly two hours !! The reason I reserved was because I had a very ill toddler who could only just about make after being discharged from hospital and my son who suffers from panic attacks and anxiety I explained to your staff on Wednesday it was imperative that we were able to be seated as soon as possible its not easy when you have children with special needs and my son was upset I there was a problem you should have rang us or explained at the initial phone call . Quite frankly your staff were unhelpful and rude about the whole situation and my son was upset big shout out to nandos who seated us straight away !! I for one will not be using your restaurant again and you should put your staff on training !! Its called customer service and hospitality . The fact the manager refused to come and explain there self was unacceptable and I have forwarded my complaint on to yourself and your head office you almost ruined what should have been a memorable event and lost yourself lots of money in the process to sum it up you are arrogant assholes
