”The Haunted Mansion” (Part One) Disneyland Record 1969 This is a special entry for this Halloween Season – as anyone would guess, I save everything. This is an LP I had as a child. It was released in 1969. From Walt Disney Productions, it was the novelty long-playing story of their new exhibit, The Haunted Mansion. The story was based on the ride itself. It was great fun for any child with an imagination. I can remember spending hours listening to this LP over and over trying to dissect the sound production. This was one of the big influences in my filmmaking endeavors as a teenager. Be sure you have about 40 minutes to spend with this one. Spooky fun!
