The Head of IP for SSNMUN 2014 is Noorain Mohammed Nadim Noorain Mohammed Nadim is an alumna of MOP Vaishnav College for Women. A student of Journalism, she was adept at managing both - the academic and extracurricular fronts. Ever since her first year of college, she has regularly been writing articles on a wide array of topics for The Hindu and The New Indian Express. At the end of her course at MOP, she held the First Rank in her college, and was the recipient of the prestigious Overall Proficiency in Academics award and the Best Outgoing Student Award. She has also edited several books and won numerous creative writing and debate competitions. Noorain has participated in many Model United Nations conferences as a reporter and won all of them, after which she has served as the Head of International Press in many such conferences. Currently, she works as a Corporate Communications Executive for an online investment platform – FundsIndia. She is also an active Toastmaster and currently, she serves as the Vice-President of Education at Tamil Nadus leading Toastmasters club - the Chennai Toastmasters Club. She is a stickler for perfection and firmly believes that hard work and passion towards what you do will help you achieve anything you want in life.
