The Heart Reader “For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.” Psalm 1:6 What can God know about a man? The answer to this is everything! Can He tell if one is good or bad? The answer is yes! God does know everything! How can one escape His sight, And getaway from His listening ear? Can he hide in a cave or beneath the sea? The answer is No! GOD does know everything! There is no problem if you bend and adore To the grace that GOD has given. His promise is true, He knows about you! The answer is, GOD does know everything! While I understand the intent of this verse, the words, “the Lord knoweth” will not escape me. What does GOD know? He knows everything, He is omniscient! God is a “heart reader” He knows the thoughts of all mankind, even the ungodly. The difference between the “righteous” and the “ungodly” is “The Cross”! “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21. While GOD is pleased with the obedient walk of the believer it is only through sacrifice of “The Sinless Savior” that anyone is made “Righteous”! All the glory goes to Christ and none to self! It is by the wonderful mercy of God that we are kept and cared for! Not so for the ungodly. They parish into an unhappy, wretched, and miserable eternity! There is a Hell! Christ is the answer!!! “Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.” Psalm 138:7-8
