The Heathrow Clusterf&*k is its own diabolical third ring of travel hell. I flew through Heathrow Airport last Monday August 18 and I havent seen my luggage since then. It has been FIVE DAYS with Air Canada incapable of communicating with the ONE company that handles ALL of Heathrows Baggage Handling. The system is a total nightmare. This company has no phone, email or any easily accessible way of contacting them. It is an archaic system where the Telex is still the main mode of communication! With ONE COMPANY doing all the baggage handling at Heathrow means - NOT ONE AIRLINE has anything to do with dissemination of the luggage at this immense airport. It is totally out of their hands. The notion that any bag could make it from one terminal to another to make any sort of connection is absolutely absurd. If youve been Heathrow Clusterf&*ked then you know what I mean. This vid has language and not meant for children and is the closest you will to see me rant. IF I DONT GET MY LUGGAGE BY MONDAY I WILL PUBLISH THE MAIN BAGGAGE HANDLERS EMAIL AT HEATHROW AND ENCOURAGE ALL TO WRITE HIIM.
