The Henry Graves Supercomplication by Patek Philippe, the most important watch in the world. First commissioned in 1925, the Supercomplication has an astounding 24 complications, making it the most complicated watch ever made by any watchmaker without the aid of computer technology. This watch managed to grab the headlines and set a record £14.2m hammer at Sotherbys Geneva on 11th November, beating its own $11m record, established in 1999. Named after the New York banker who commissioned it from Patek Philippe in 1925, it took three years to research and five years to make.
