The Hinckley Times last week states that Leicestershire County Council are having to save £110 million over the next 5 years. They are planning to do this by trying to plunge most of the local area into darkness during the winter months when there is less daylight areas. It most likely costs them that much to legally steal children via the family courts and pay all these foster carers/adopters that theyre always trying to recruit.
