The Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council and the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council invite you to participate in a candidate filing workshop, this St. Patricks Day, Monday March 17! 5:30 to 8 at the Arroyo Seco Library. We hope to be lucky enough to have you run for a neighborhood council seat in region 8, which includes Historic Highland Park, Arroyo Seco, Boyle Heights, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Greater Cypress Park, LA-32 and Lincoln Heights.
