The Historic Hollywood Beach Resort is a troubled Condominium with its largest condo owner (Oceanwalk Mall) refusing to pay its assessments & maintenance fees on the second floor. This creates a huge financial burden for the other 350+ condo owners trying to cover the shortages now over $1,000,000.
