The Hobbit Gaming League has begun! We are going to start nice and small, and good and simple with 300pt armies and free play battles for the next two weeks. Never played the Hobbit before? You are in a for a treat! Come into store and we can run through an introductory game - be warned though, it is an amazing game and youre bound to get hooked! One of the things I love about it is how easy it is to make an army. You can use miniatures from the Lord of the Rings range and the Hobbit range, and all you need to concern yourself with is Good vs Evil! Want to run Rohan Riders alongside the Dwarfs of Erebor? Do it! Need to see what a Haradrim Mumak would look like surrounded by Mirkwood Spiders? Give it a crack! Of course you can theme your army too and please feel free to come in and have a chat about how you can do just that. For the next two weeks, any player registering in the Hobbit League who also purchases something for their army will not only get DOUBLE Giffle tickets for the store birthday!, but theyll also earn themselves one token per product purchased!
