The Home Depot and Citibank US - it is apparent after about 10 times of trying to submit info and get my account to work online, that you do not want me to make my payment. So I am assuming I can write off this latest bill since your website keeps telling me that: a - my account log in is invaild (but has worked for over 5 years) so I need to b- establish an account, so I c- went through the whole process with a new ID and everything, to only d- get the same message 10 times now that I was timed out So this bill is free now right? Thanks, Signed - a consumer that is shredding his HD Card and has gotten validation for what I already knew to be true - dont use Citi products!!
