The Hon. (cough, splurt, vomit) Terry Sheahan, was the Justice - TopicsExpress

The Hon. (cough, splurt, vomit) Terry Sheahan, was the Justice (cough, splurt, vomit) who heard the following matters today in the Land And Environment Court. 1. Challenge to the jurisdiction of the court: Rafailidis v Roads and Maritime Services and Attorney Generals Department. 2. Challenge to the jurisdiction of the court: Rafailidis v Camden Council 3. Camden Council v Rafailidis (contempt of court charge) Please Note: The Pompous Pig has been has had associations with all opposing parties. Should this Pompous Pig have recused himself because of a conflict of interest? Of course he should have. He reeked of bias the moment he walked into the courtroom. Did this Pompous Pig recuse himself? Of course not. Why should he? Australian Courts are not about JUSTICE. Our courts are about enforcing and maintaining control of the SLAVES. (Thats you and I BTW) Does the Land and Environment Court have jurisdiction to hear Contempt of Court matters? NO. Was the charge of contempt a legitimate charge? NO. Was the plaintiff in court to verify/testify? NO. It was all hearsay. Furthermore, Terry Sheahan threatened me in court, with the Sheriffs as witnesses, and what did the Sheriffs do? NOTHING.....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! For those who believe the following line to be true, Australians all let us rejoice, for we are young and free, I suggest you all wake up. If not for the sake of our generation, for the sake of the next, and future generations. If we believe we are doing good by our children by complying with this system of slavery, it could not be further from the truth. ITS TIME TO OCCUPY OUR COURTS. When justice fails, society fails.
