The Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa is happy to welcome Eugene Carey, our new Dining Manager and Maitre D. With 26 years of experience, varying from Executive Steward, Banquet Captain to Director of Food and Beverage, Eugene joins us ready to bring a professional and upscale dining experience to Resort guests. Eugene has worked with many different hotels, conference centers and catering services from California to Chicago to New York City. Most recently Eugene worked with Greengage Consulting for 5 years. In welcoming Eugene to Honor’s Haven, we also welcome many new dining staff to assist him in his hopes to redesign the experience that guests at Honor’s Haven have. While looking forward to redesigning menu concepts and the options available, Eugene sticks to one philosophy; There is no such thing as “no” when it comes to the customer. Whether it is supplying them with more options or finding the perfect solution, Eugene wants to give the customers and guests whatever they need to ensure they have the best possible dining experience while joining us. Once again we would like to welcome Eugene to our team and wish him the best of luck with Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa.
