That the actions of An Taoiseach and the Minister of finance in their attempt to change legislation in favor of private banks is repugnant to the Constitution of Ireland on the following Grounds Article 6 All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State and, in final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the common good. 2. The Land and Conveyancing law reform Bill 2013 is in direct violation of Article 11-93 of this Nations European Constitutional Rights. The said bill extends no provision of Legal or economic protection to those that are perused by the said Bill. The Land and Conveyancing law reform Bill 2013 extends No Provision to legal counsel or the right to be advised, contrary to Article 11-107 of this Nations European rights. 3. The said bill when executed will remove the human dignity of those its affects contrary to this Nations European Constitutional rights Article 11-61 Human dignity is inviolable. It must be respected and protected 4. The said bill if enacted will remove Liberty and security to the citizens of this state contrary to Article 11-67 of our European constitutional rights 5. The Bill was drafted to replace the land and conveyancing reform Act of 2009 repealed by High Court Judge Elizabeth Dunne. No Judicial review was extended or commissioned. The issue remains within the remit of the Courts not the creation of a new bill by government who holds no influence to the independence of the courts of Ireland. 6. The Constitution of Ireland is the canopy under which justice is administered and legal rights are enforced in courts established by law. By its express provisions it recognizes and guarantees protection of the fundamental rights of persons. This new Bill will effectively support eviction of this Nations citizens and create the Fragmentation of the Family unit.in direct Violation of Article 41 of the constitution of Ireland 7. Article 42. The State acknowledges that the primary and natural educator of the child is the Family and guarantees to respect the inalienable right and duty of parents to provide, according to their means, for the religious and moral, intellectual, physical and social education of their children. Parents shall be free to provide this education in their homes or in private schools or in schools recognised or established by the State. The State shall not oblige parents in violation of their conscience and lawful preference to send their children to schools established by the State, or to any particular type of school designated by the State. The ratification of this new Bill will remove parents’ rights to educate their children within the family home... 8. Article 41 1° The State recognises the Family as the natural primary and fundamental unit group of Society, and as a moral institution possessing inalienable and imprescriptible rights, antecedent and superior to all positive law. The new bill if made law will facilate the Banking Institutions to expedite mass evictions against this Nations families contrary to the foundation of our enacted constitution. 9. The State, therefore, guarantees to protect the Family in its constitution and authority, as the necessary basis of social order and as indispensable to the welfare of the Nation and the State. In particular, the State recognises that by her life within the home, woman gives to the State a support without which the common good cannot be achieved. The woman the Mother will and can be removed from the Home if this bill becomes law. In direct violation of aforementioned Article The State shall, therefore, endeavor to ensure that mothers shall not be obliged by economic necessity to engage in labor to the neglect of their duties in the home. Mothers will become displaced from evicted homes and her family fragmented. The State pledges itself to guard with special care the institution of Marriage, on which the Family is founded, and to protect it against attack, the ratification of this new bill will allow attack and the destruction of the family unit of this Nation. 10. The proposed Bill extends no clarity in law in the execution of a Family Home possession order or the violations of our Constitution in its execution 11. The ratification of the Bill will create a Breach of trust of this President on his people and the exasperation and furtherance of poverty and hardship on his people contrary to the oat of his office and the constitution of Ireland. As pledged I will fulfill my duties faithfully and conscientiously in accordance with the Constitution and the law, and that I will dedicate my abilities to the service and welfare of the people of Ireland. 12. An order restraining the defendants and or any of their agents or anyone acting in concert with them from signing the proposed land and conveyancing law reform bill 2013 into law until the substantive case is heard. Corruption lives in darkness and destroys all that’s pure, please expose this country to the light of truth and change this culture of self-serving deceit, if not for you, then for this Nations children. please post
