The Hypostatic Union teaches the nature of God the Word (the One Person and the Divine Nature) is all Self-Sufficient, which basically means perfect completency, and that makes him to be his own independent source without some kind of external assistance to influence or to promote any type cravings and desires. Because the One Person in the Divine Nature is Fully God and there is no unmet needs in himself. One example of this would be when the Word became flesh, the nature of the Word remain Self-Sufficient without change and has no physical limitations. The One Person and the Divine Nature does not required to grow tired and exhausted or to feel the need of weariness (Isaiah 40:28) along side with his human nature and the flesh (John 4:6). For the One Person and the Divine Nature operates in accordance to the laws of Divine characteristics with perfection, flawlessness, and completeness by the holy proficiency of his Divinity. While the human nature and the flesh operates in accordance to the laws of human characteristics with infirmities, restrictions, and limitations by the normal constraints of his humanity without sin. a). The Self-Sufficient Logos 2 Corinthians 3:5 Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. Isaiah 40:28 Do you not know?
