The ICC, the international community, the civil society and our politics have all worked together to mess up the crimes against humanity cases facing the trio of Uhuru, Ruto and Sang. It is time the prosecution ate humble pie and accepted there are no cases as it is. While I acknowledge that serious atrocities were committed in Kenya during the PEV, and that someone/some people were responsible, the ICC has demonstrated vividly that it is not the answer to the victims cries. The blood of those who were killed will one day revenge.....their deaths were definitely not in vain!
