The INNOVATEPOD is an innovative modular dwelling that provides people with cost effective solution to live in a green space that can be tailored to their own specific needs.The INNOVATEPOD is just 280 square feet in size (26 square meters) and is a self-sufficient, compact dwelling that consists of four modules; a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen/dining room. Each INNOVATEPOD is fabricated in our factory. Once the assembly of the house is completed, the INNOVATEPOD is transported to the clients site, where it arrives as a “ready-to-go” living unit. Due to the prefabrication process, the houses are fully customizable and due to their modular design, expandable to your needs. This is a prototype of a low cost modular housing solution. Its all built in lightweight steel frame and enclosed by plywood panelling and glass. It is 2.4×9.6m and will be available in a combination of 3 different modules or more. We are evolving to improve this product, regarding it’s functionality, materiality, costs and production times. The cost will vary according to the client’s needs – module sizes, selected material finishes etc. The model shown starts at €19,950 + VAT and delivery with a current production time of 45 business days.
