The Illinois Rural Health Association’s executive director/lobbyist Margaret Vaughn, will be the next featured speaker at MacMurray College, 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 5 at Thoresen Recital Hall in the Putnam/Springer Center on campus. Ms. Vaughn will discuss the latest issues impacting rural health care, including legislation to make it easier for nurses to practice across state lines and mandatory insurance reimbursement for telemedicine.
