The Indigenous people of this land, the ones we call Indians, are the only group that went to a physical war with the European on U.S. soil. Those of us who talk about doing the same, should take heed as to how that culminated. If the Indians used their heads, they would have understood that they were NOT EUROPEANS, and understood, that no matter how much they liked or agreed with Europeans, they were Indians first and foremost. Then as now, this is a psychological battle for survival. The Indians, with few exceptions, didnt feel Indian as a people, they felt Dine, Sioux, Blackfoot, Cheyenne, Apache, xtians, the same as whites, or defeated, so they are on reservations today, dunked out, many bred out, running casinos, ripping each other off, talking about they have sovereignty. Africans or Blacks arent on physical reservations because we didnt go to physical war, but we are on mental ones because we lost the cultural battle and gave up our African mentality. We too feel xtain, muslim, Israelite, Hebrew, bi racial, multi cultural, diverse..but never African as a people. Now the question is, are we in a better position than the Indigenous people? Can we salvage our African selves or are we too, so defeated that we will just stay on our mental reservations, dunk, bred out, and ripping each other off for pennies?
