The Institute for Palestine Studies is happy to announce its sponsorship of the 4th Annual DC Palestinian Film and Arts Festival. The four day festival begins on Thursday, October 2, and will feature short and feature-length films, including the Academy Award-nominated “Omar,” to a ‘Spotlight on Gaza’ with Gaza Kitchen author Laila El-Haddad. The festival will also feature an art exhibit and musical performances. This year’s festival is dedicated to the people of Gaza and will highlight Gaza’s resilient culture.
