The Institute on Asian Consumer Insight (ACI) will be hosting a delegation from Kansai University led by Professor Tomoko Kawakami, Board Member of the Japan Society of Marketing and Distribution (JSMD) and Japan Marketing Academy. Together with 12 undergraduate researchers, Professor Kawakami has conducted a series of studies on consumer behaviour in retail settings, in particular, about the effect of touch.They will be sharing their research findings with us during their visit here.
