The Institutionalize Educated Negro (IEN) is complacent, an advocate & apologist of White Supremacy. Their dignity rests with their Degree, Their esteem rests with their Degree, Their salvation rest with their Degree. The Institutionalize Educated Negro (IEN) is synonymous with Indoctrination. They regurgitate information taught rather then articulate their own findings. The best Educated Negro is the self taught one, one that pioneers their own learning tools, his/her information is vast and non-directed (influence). Its not confined with restraints nor reduce to finite thinking. The IEN whether consciously or subconsciously feels they are cognitively superior to you, therefore your independent studies are done in vain according to them (IEN). This makes them the most challenging negro to De-educate (meaning break them out of their linear thinking). In addition, they have the most incentive to want to sustain order, they have a Degree theyve worked so hard for. IEN only will fight against White Supremacy if its beneficial to them in regards to their education, career but only through the judicial system way. Any other way compromises their aspiring middle class status.
