[NOTE: All volunteer contributors comments and/or articles are submitted in good faith and without any compensation to support our lauded worldwide educational and activism efforts towards all of our 2020 VISION: Childrens Health and Wellness Programs and Summits. Any distribution of our newsletter is available only for contributors listed and invited/selected 19-state meeting guests, depending upon copy availability and funding. Due to issues with harassment and criminal stalking by a LinkedIn person, who withdrew her volunteer support dated on 28 August, 2013 in writing by email, all meeting announcements and notices are no longer public information for security purposes. This person has continuously sent me emails on LinkedIn and Facebook (before a permanent ban), and has requested LORs for employment (while sending our materials to several school districts without proper authorization) after her departure. We write LORs and support employment for many students, colleagues, and clients. However, when a person choses to disrespect our life-long work efforts, to act rudely towards authorized personnel, and to abuse our public charity services, there is no room for that person on our universal family team. Any time a volunteer withdraws his or her support, or our agency submits a written volunteer termination notice, any and all LORs and/or other acknowledgements or communications, thereafter, are void as we reserve our rights to make changes and our rights to render or decline good faith support to any person or entity. Further, communications by any such person is deemed as a form of harassment or criminal stalking or cyber-bullying by law. While we very much appreciate comments and suggestions, we do not support bad faith intent and any misrepresentation of our esteemed materials and lauded worldwide work efforts by any person or entity in the school-community or in the general public. But, those who are listed here today, I APPLAUD YOU for your loyalty, professionalism, leadership, and support for our children and families, at-large. - Executive Director L. Jacqueline Gillard (29 November, 2013)].
