The International English Learners Training Institute, in cooperation with the Department of Education and Commission on Higher Education, will conduct the International Seminar-Workshop on Classroom Observation, Teacher Evaluation and Effective Instructional Coaching on April 21-23, 2014 at the Punta Villa Resort, Sto. Nino Sur, Arevalo, Iloilo City. The same seminar will be held at the Hotel Supreme Convention Center, Magsaysay Ave., Baguio City on May 13-15, 2014. Themed “Developing Effective and Efficient Principal/Dean-Teacher Relationship,” the seminar aims to achieve the following objectives: (1) Learn how to use observational tools to examine the classroom environment; (2) Adopt the best teacher-evaluation practices in local and international settings; and (3) Develop a sound foundation for instructional leadership. In connection with this, we would like to invite you to join us in this seminar-workshop. We have invited Dr. Elineth Elizabeth L. Suarez (of Miriam College and Ateneo de Manila University) and Dr. Terry Michael Rippy (of Southern Arkansas University) as resource speakers.
