At this point, I think the future is not yet clear re who will be elected the next Canadian federal government.......a little less than a year is a very, very long time in politics. Explosions, unexpected, often occur to throw off the projections based on recent history. And who will enter the fray on behalf of our representative parties? What may be their influence? Do you think the Canadian federal public service union representing scientists and other professionals, campaigning against the Conservative Party of Canada, will entice voters to park their votes elsewhere? If yes, how much of an influence do you think they will have? For non-Canadian friends, let us know your anticipation, based on this kind of thing in your elections.
