The International Journal of Management, Policy and Administrative Studies (IJMPAS) is an institutionally based international referred Journal for professionals and researchers in fields of management and administration. Performance and radical approach to evaluation and management Requirements from contributors • Papers should be written in English Language. • Title of paper, name of author(s), address(es), e-mail address(es) and telephone number(s) should be on the front/cover page. • Abstract of about 150 to 250 words followed by five key words and content should appear immediately after the front/cover page. • Font type and size should be Times New Roman 12point. • Line spacing should be 1.5. • Margins should be: 2.5cm (top, bottom, right, left). • Formulae, figures, tables, etc should be presented where applicable. • Referencing style should be 6th Edition of American Psychology Association (APA). • Appendixes should come after the bibliography • Papers under consideration in other outfits are not eligible for publication and should not be sent to the Journal.
