The International Wolf Symposium in Duluth, Minnesota is the greatest event that i have ever attended. The week before i spent a week up in Ely in the most beautiful wild country you could imagine. I was privileged when out exploring the wilderness area to get a close encounter with a wild wolf, a moment that will last with me forever. I also had a great time with the staff at the International Wold Center in Ely and met the wolves there. The symposium in Duluth had every speaker imaginable from the world of wolves and the presentations were spectacular from speakers including David Mech, Doug Davis, Bob Landis, Dick Thiel, Carter Neimeyer, Mike Philips. kim Wheeler, Lori Schmidt...I could go on and on.
