“The Isabela coop council has thought of creating or institutionalizing a disaster management program to help in the relief, rescue and rehabilitation operations when calamities strike our province”, Romero said. He said the idea of setting aside funds intended for disaster management program was conceptualized when the provincial cooperative development office sent financial assistance and aid in the typhoon-ravaged Leyte province recently just to help the typhoon victims in the Visayas.
